Lila Mohler

Lila has been dancing at Ithaca Ballet since she was four years old. Growing up, she spent almost every summer at Ithaca Ballet summer camp, and attended Nutmeg Conservatory for two summer high school programs as well. Lila now dances with Daniel Gwirtzman and Amy O’Brien at Ithaca College. Lila is a senior at IC, majoring in occupational therapy and minoring in dance; she will earn her BS in 2026 and her MS in 2027. Lila has loved dancing in many different roles for Ithaca Ballet over the years, and some favorites include Fairy of the Enchanted Garden in Sleeping Beauty, Harlequin in The Nutcracker, and Stratus and Blues in Pieces, performed at WinterDance. Lila enjoys combining her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology with the art of ballet, and hopes to continue dancing throughout her career.  

Sophie Riedl

Born: Manhasset, NY. Sophie has been dancing since she was 4 years old and she is excited to return for her 6th year in the company. She has attended summer programs at Performing Arts Institute of Cortland, Dance Center North (Syracuse), and Ballet Center of Ithaca. Favorite roles include waltz demi-soloist (Sleeping Beauty) swan corp (Swan Lake), and chocolate (the Nutcracker).   Sophie is a senior at Cornell University studying Nutrition Science on the dietetics track and will graduate in 2026.
